DC Ghosts

Take a walk on the spooky side with DC Ghosts! This walking tour takes you around to 8 different historic — and haunted! — landmarks in Washington, DC. Each landmark holds a different haunting story, so you’ll walk away with a wealth of knowledge you may have never known about the area. After all, DC’s past has led it to become a place of both rich history and paranormal activity. While this is a ghost tour, it is considered family-friendly! Be prepared to walk about 1 mile for the 60-minute tour and about 1.5 miles for the Extended Tour. Get your passes today!

Cornstalkers Trail of Terror

If you’re feeling fearless, spend an evening at Cornstalkers Trail, located at the Blue Crabs Stadium. Voted the #1 Top Overall Attraction in 2019, you’re sure to get your fill of horrors here. With different themed areas to explore like The Barnyard, Graves Farmhouse, The Asylum, and more, there are plenty of scares to go around. This attraction is recommended for ages 12 and up, and an accompanying adult is recommended for those between the ages of 12 and 15. Thrill-seekers will enjoy maneuvering through the 5 themed haunted attraction areas.

Laurel’s House of Horror

About 50 minutes from Adams Crossing Apartments, head to Laurel’s House of Horror for an evening of frights, escape rooms, and ghost tours. The scene is intended to be scary, as it is located in an old abandoned movie theater. Not to mention, Laurel’s House of Horror is DC and Maryland’s largest indoor haunted house! Take a chance and explore the haunted house, with scary exhibits at every turn like clowns, spiders, and more. Or put your knowledge to the test at one of the three escape rooms: Escape the Movies Cult Classics, Escape the Carnevil, and Escape the Asylum. Lastly, you can experience a ghost tour! These tickets include admission to the Haunted House and a tour with employees after closing time. There’s plenty to choose from at Laurel’s House of Horror.
