La Plata Youth Soccer Association offers various programs for children of multiple ages, including a recreational program for ages 6 to 19, soccer camps, travel teams, and TOPSoccer! TOPSoccer is a program for young athletes with disabilities. Their recreational program practices twice weekly, and registration fees are $95. They partnered with Waldorf Soccer Club for their travel team to form FC Charles 1658! The travel team is for those interested in a higher level of play. Waldorf Kids Soccer teaches children basic soccer skills! Their goal is to provide basic instruction and help children realize their potential. Robin’s Pee Wee Soccer Program began in 1994. What started as a program with 11 people is now a 200-person program! It is geared towards children ages 2 through 5. For six to eight weeks, you will meet once a week for practices, running drills, and learning new skills! At first, practices consist of learning skills. Later on, there will be a Pee Wee World Cup! In addition, parents are required to participate in the sessions. This is a great way to spend time with your children while watching them learn a new skill! The fall season begins on September 12th or 14th, and practices are at 5 pm or 6 pm. Registration is $50! Sign your children up today!
